Liberty clinch spot in Commissioner’s Cup final

The Liberty have secured a spot in the Commissioner’s Cup final after a dominant 86-64 win over the Mystics on Sunday.

The Liberty will face the Storm in the Commissioner’s Cup championship game, with the winner being crowned on July 1.

This championship matchup pits two of the league’s top teams against each other, with the Liberty and Storm boasting the league’s best defense and offense, respectively.

The Liberty’s Sabrina Ionescu led the team with 22 points, while Jonquel Jones chipped in with 18 points and 8 rebounds.
